England: Day 6

Today was really good. Before class we went to the textiles museum, which had some pretty interesting pieces ranging from mid-century clothing to dinner ware and jewelry. Since it was Friday and our class has been working hard on our projects, our teacher took us to a coffee shop instead of sitting through a 3 hour lecture. This class is definitely different than any I’ve taken at TTU.

This afternoon we went on the London Eye and its AMAZING. It was about a 25 minutes ride in the capsule, which allows you to see up to 25 miles on a clear day. After the Eye we walked around for a bit and got dinner before seeing Phantom of the Opera. Phantom was so GOOD. I’m really glad we decided to see it!!! I have all the songs stuck in my head now and I don’t even know all the words!! Haha.
